KEBIJAKAN PENGEMBALIAN
Kami mengerti bahwa ada kemungkinan barang yang Anda terima tidak dalam kondisi baik, seperti ada salah warna atau tidak sesuai dengan kode produk yang Anda pesan.
Tidak perlu khawatir! Anda dapat menggantinya dengan yang baru dan benar.
Apabila produk yang Anda terima tidak sesuai atau rusak, Anda dapat menghubungi kami dalam kurun waktu 1x24 jam sejak paket tiba di alamat tujuan, dan mengirimkan video membuka kemasan.

PRODUK YANG DAPAT DITUKARKAN
1. Produk yang dikirimkan salah warna, atau salah kode produk
2. Produk rusak yang merupakan kesalahan manufaktur
3. Produk terbukti belum pernah digunakan setelah paket diterima
4. Produk terbukti merupakan produk yang dibeli pada situs shopcasio.fjbl.co.id/ dan dikirimkan oleh CASIO Authorized Flagship Store
5. Klaim produk maksimal 1x24 jam setelah paket tiba di alamat tujuan, disertai video membuka kemasan (tanpa terpotong atau tanpa sunting)
Adapun beberapa alasan penukaran produk tidak dapat diterima, sebagai berikut:
1. Tidak cocok, tidak suka
2. Ukuran tidak pas pada pengguna
3. Cacat karena kesalahan pembeli
4. Barang yang dibeli terbukti sudah dipakai terlebih dahulu
5. Produk dan/atau kelengkapan produk yang dikembalikan tidak sesuai atau tidak lengkap (kartu garansi, tag produk, buku manual, kemasan)
6. Klaim produk dilakukan lebih dari 1x24 jam setelah paket tiba di alamat tujuan
7. Video membuka kemasan terbukti disunting, atau paket dibungkus kembali sebelum video dilakukan.

Apabila stok produk pengganti tidak tersedia, Anda mungkin dapat mengembalikan produk dan kami akan mengembalikan pembayaran produk Anda.
Ketentuan pengembalian dana:
1. Klaim penukaran produk diterima, namun stok produk tidak tersedia
2. Terbukti terjadi kesalahan pembayaran
Proses pengembalian dana dapat dilakukan jika telah mengirimkan bukti pembayaran, dan pembayaran terbukti telah diterima oleh CASIO Authorized Flagship Store.
Proses pengembalian dana:
1. Mengirimkan informasi tujuan pengembalian dana, yakni nama lengkap, no rekening tujuan, nama bank tujuan, bukti pembayaran, informasi klaim, video membuka kemasan tanpa sunting melalui email ke contactus@gilang.co.id atau Whatsapp +62 813 8499 1486
2. Produk yang dikembalikan telah diterima kembali oleh CASIO Authorized Flagship Store lengkap dan tanpa kerusakan.
3. Proses pengembalian dana dilakukan maksimum 14 hari kerja.
RETURN POLICY
We understand that it's possible that the item you received might not be in good condition, such as being the wrong color or not matching the product code you ordered.
Don't worry! You can exchange it for a new, correct one.
If the product you received is incorrect or damaged, you can contact us within 24 hours of the package arriving at the destination address and send us the unboxing video.

EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS
1. The product shipped is the wrong color or has the wrong product code.
2. The product is damaged due to a manufacturing error.
3. The product has been proven to have never been used after the package was received.
4. The product has been proven to be purchased from shopcasio.fjbl.co.id/ and shipped by a CASIO Authorized Flagship Store.
5. Claims must be made within 24 hours of the package arriving at the destination address, accompanied by the unboxing video (without cuts or edits).
There are several reasons why product exchanges cannot be accepted, as follows:
1. Not suitable or disliked.
2. Size does not fit the user.
3. Defects due to buyer error.
4. The purchased item has been proven to have been used.
5. The returned product and/or accessories are incorrect or incomplete (warranty card, product tag, manual, packaging).
6. The product claim was submitted more than 24 hours after the package arrived at the destination address.
7. The unpacking video was proven to have been edited, or the package was rewrapped before the video was taken.

If the replacement product is not in stock, you may return the product and we will refund your payment.
Refund conditions:
1. The product exchange claim is accepted, but the product is not in stock.
2. A payment error is proven.
Refunds can be processed if payment proof has been sent and the payment has been received by the CASIO Authorized Flagship Store.
Refund process:
1. Send the refund recipient's full name, account number, bank name, proof of payment, claim information, and an unedited video of the unpacking via email to contactus@gilang.co.id or WhatsApp +62 813 8499 1486.
2. The returned product has been received by the CASIO Authorized Flagship Store complete and undamaged.
3. The refund process will take a maximum of 14 business days.
